Paying rent with HomeProp is simple and secure. Here are your options.

Pay online through your tenant portal

Rent is paid online through your Propertyware tenant portal. All payments are made online (applicable fees may apply).

Pay in the Tenant Portal

Rent is due on the 1st; late fees apply if it is not paid on time. See your lease for exact amounts and dates.

Need to pay with cash?

Use RentMoney to pay rent with cash at participating retailers:

How it works

  1. Get your RentMoney payment slip from your tenant portal or your leasing agent.
  2. Take it to a participating retailer and pay with cash.

Move-in and first funds are paid via RentMoney or as directed by your leasing agent.

Good to know

  • Rent is due on the 1st.
  • All payments are made online.
  • Late fees apply if rent is not paid on time.
  • If a payment is returned, future payments may be required via RentMoney.

Your lease governs the exact amounts and due dates.
