HomeProp Property Management, LLC (“HomeProp,” “we,” “us”) is a residential property management company serving Hillsborough and Pasco County, Florida. Our SMS program lets us communicate with prospective renters, current tenants, property owners, vendors, and other business contacts by text message.
By providing your mobile number to HomeProp and opting in to text messages, you may receive:
You will not receive marketing messages unless you have specifically opted in to marketing SMS. Operational and account messages are sent only in connection with an active business relationship with HomeProp.
You opt in to receive text messages from HomeProp by:
Marketing SMS requires a separate, affirmative opt-in (a specifically labeled checkbox or written authorization) and is never bundled with general contact-information collection.
You can opt out of HomeProp text messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, or END to any message we send. After you opt out, we will send one confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out and will not send further marketing or non-essential operational messages to that number.
Note: opting out of SMS does not opt you out of email communications, mailed notices, or required legal notices delivered through other channels. To resume messages after opting out, reply START or contact us at the number below.

Message frequency varies based on your relationship with HomeProp and the activity on your account. Tenants with active work orders may receive several messages per week during the work order lifecycle; prospective renters may receive showing confirmations and follow-ups; owners may receive periodic operational updates. Marketing message frequency, where you have opted in, will not exceed eight (8) messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. HomeProp does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge for messages sent or received depending on your plan. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
HomeProp’s SMS program is compatible with major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile number and SMS interaction data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://homeprop.com/privacy. We do not sell your mobile number or SMS opt-in data to third parties. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing is limited to subcontractors that support our operations (for example, our SMS delivery provider, Twilio) and only to the extent necessary to deliver the messages you have requested.
If you are a Florida resident, marketing SMS messages from HomeProp are sent only after written express consent in compliance with the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (Fla. Stat. ยง 501.059). You may revoke that consent at any time by replying STOP to a marketing message or by contacting us at the channels listed above.
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
