    Contract to Close

The period of time from the moment that you get a contract to purchase your home, to the moment you hand the keys over to the new owner, is a 45 to 60-day gauntlet. It takes grit, determination and focus to get through this time and to come out the other side, unscathed.

45-60 days is the amount of time it will take for your home to sell if the buyer is getting financing. It could take 15-30 days if a homebuyer is paying cash.

But cash or credit, this time period is fraught with peril. A HomeProp Real Estate Agent's worth is determined in this period of time, as they help you navigate the Waters of the contract to closing process smoothly.

From the enforcement of the contract terms to the execution of the home inspection to the completion of any repairs that might come out of inspection, there are so many moving parts in this period of time that are the responsibility of just the Seller. The Buyer also has his moving parts to be concerned with: the title and title insurance process, the Binding of insurance the inspection and reinspection, mortgage qualification, and the list goes on.

Each of these moving parts has the ability to disrupt your sale and massively impact your life-plans.

So Talk with a HomeProp Agent about the steps between contract and closing. Let them help you prepare for what you should be expecting as you prepare to sell your home. And prepare for a wonderful customized experience that takes a challenging time and turns it into something manageable.

That's the HomeProp way, and it's this kind of communication that makes us so different.
